Travel grants are advertised and organized by the DGMS:
Grants are open for application now!
DGMS student members who meet the guidelines can apply for DGMS travel grant via the online form (only) on the DGMS Website (information in German only) before February, 14th, 2025.
Students applying for a travel grants will receive a flat rate of 400€.
Students from closer distance will receive a reduced flat rate of 300€.
(„Closer distance“ includes all German cities included Kassel and area)
There is a limitation for travel grants of 70 students and 4 participants per workgroup as maximum.
Importantly, students who apply for a travel grants will have to confirm by signature – directly after the conference in Göttingen – that no additional third-party financial support is available (i.e. from your institution or other spipends). Otherwise the travel grants cannot be awarded. Please consider this additional amount of time, as there will be approx. 70 students to be processed!
Additional announcements may be made during the conference in Göttingen!
